What is a "Video Call" or "Personal Video Conferencing" ?

WorldGate has opened up the Ojo to other H.323 Video Telephone devices or even H.323 compatible Video Call software like PolyCom PVX and others.  This means if you already own a H.323 Video Telephone device or use a software with a webcam compatible with H.323, then you can use it to have a Video Call with an Ojo user.  This is a right step for WorldGate - WAY TO GO !!!  Now if they can make an arrangement with Packet8 as the article states and even get SightSpeed which is H.323 compatible and Vonage involved, we would have some serious options in the Video Telephone space.
